Pulling the latest CMS Care Compare data and accountability flags.
SeniorCareScore is an independent quality score for U.S. skilled nursing facilities, built on public CMS data with a transparent, versioned methodology. Below is everything you need to cover us accurately.
We compute a single 0-100 score for every CMS-certified skilled nursing facility in the United States, using federal data only. The score is a weighted composite of eight components covering health inspections, staffing, quality measures, ownership signals, regulatory flags, and trend. Methodology is published, dated, and versioned.
We are not affiliated with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. We do not accept payment from facilities to influence scores or visibility.
You may quote scores and methodology with attribution to SeniorCareScore and a link to the relevant page. When citing a specific facility's score, please link to seniorcarescore.com/facility/{ccn} and include the methodology version (v1.2). Do not present a SeniorCareScore as a CMS rating, a Medicare rating, or a five-star rating - it is a separate, independent composite.
